The Consumer\/ Family Advisory Committee (CFAC) is comprised of persons served and their family<\/span>\u00a0members who receive services from the programs operated by Northwest Essex. Membership includes<\/span>\u00a0active consumers of services as well as persons who have used services in the past. The CFAC seeks to<\/span>\u00a0develop a membership that is representative of our Agency services and the communities of our service<\/span>\u00a0area. The CFAC will provide meaningful input about NECHN’s policies, processes and services which<\/span>\u00a0will be shared and reviewed with the Agency’s Board of Trustees.<\/span><\/p> The CFAC meets on a bi-monthly basis via zoom. The CFAC may hold additional meetings during the<\/span>\u00a0year onsite. CFAC members are encouraged to attend at least one meeting per quarter. CFAC members<\/span>\u00a0are offered a gift card if they attend at least 1 meeting per quarter. Additionally, a cell phone and\/or<\/span>\u00a0transportation may be provided if needed to participate in committee meetings.<\/span><\/p>
