Partial Care Program

Partial Care is a psychiatric rehabilitation program which delivers treatment, rehabilitative services (often in conjunction with supported education and/or employment) and psycho-educational services to consumers over the age of 18 who are experiencing a serious mental health condition and need intensive services.

A MORE AFFORDABLE ALTERNATIVE TO INPATIENT TREATMENT!

HIGHLIGHTS:

– Provides personal care for each unique consumer.

– Follows a Wellness and Recovery Model which includes Integrated Health Care.

– Provides a therapeutic environment which utilizes evidenced-based practices to assist with psychiatric and co-occurring disorders.

– Utilizes an approach which helps consumers become more active in the community and live productive and healthy lives.

– We offer a multi-family group on Saturdays.

– Components of care include:

Medication Assistance

Those in need of access to detox for substance use services

Evidence based practice CBT and emotional based interviewing

Medication through Partial Care

Psychiatric medication assistance

Detoxification as needed

Assistance connecting to community resources (example: food stamps, housing, disability benefits and health insurance)

Dual Diagnosis Treatment for substance and mental health disorders
