Consumer/Family Advisory Committee
The Consumer/ Family Advisory Committee (CFAC) is comprised of persons served and their family members who receive services from the programs operated by Northwest Essex. Membership includes active consumers of services as well as persons who have used services in the past. The CFAC seeks to develop a membership that is representative of our Agency services and the communities of our service area. The CFAC will provide meaningful input about NECHN’s policies, processes and services which will be shared and reviewed with the Agency’s Board of Trustees.
The CFAC meets on a bi-monthly basis via zoom. The CFAC may hold additional meetings during the year onsite. CFAC members are encouraged to attend at least one meeting per quarter. CFAC members are offered a gift card if they attend at least 1 meeting per quarter. Additionally, a cell phone and/or transportation may be provided if needed to participate in committee meetings.
